Our Shipping Policy comprises the following terms and conditions.

Domestic Shipping Procedures

Processing Time for Shipments

  • Processing all orders takes 3 to 4 business days.

  • Our normal delivery time line is between 5-10 working days
  • On weekends and major holidays, orders are not sent or delivered.

  • Shipments can be a few days late if we deal with high volumes of orders. Please give the delivery process more time.

  • We will call or email you if there is a major delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Depending on your location and the type of shipment you choose from the options available at the moment, the shipping costs for your order will be computed and presented at checkout.

  • Only a small number of pin numbers are suitable for express delivery; however, we are increasing this list and will update it frequently. 

  • Delivery delays can occur occasionally, and you can contact to inquire about your order status. Please allow 48 hours within typical BWD (Business Working Days - Mon to Fri, 10 AM - 5 PM IST) for us to respond.

APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes for shipments

Presently, only ships to addresses inside the Indian Sub-Continent; orders from beyond India are not currently accepted. Please be aware that at this time, we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO locations. Any purchases that include these addresses may be canceled at any moment due to unavailability.

Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Within 24-48 hours, the tracking number will be activated.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Any local taxes, levies, or other fees that apply to your order are not the responsibility of the website or/and its subsidiaries, partners, parent company, or representatives. In compliance with legislative requirements, the product with a fully furnished GST invoice. The buyer is responsible for paying any costs levied before, during, or after shipping (tariffs, taxes other than GST, etc.).


To ensure that the products are delivered to you undamaged and intact, we ensure that all packages are properly packaged with the necessary protective layers. However, in the unlikely event that there are still any defects, kindly contact us and send us pictures of the item and its original packing as it was sent to you. Please be aware that you must file a claim for transportation damages with the shipping partner. In the meantime, we will try to fix your problem. This is to guarantee that your experience with delivery does not negatively impact your experience with our products or services.

Policy for International Shipping

  • International orders under $300 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of USD 30.

  • For international orders above $300, we provide free shipping.

  • Orders shipped internationally typically arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international shipments.


Terms & Conditions for International Shipping

  • Exchanges, returns, and cancellations are prohibited for international orders.

  • To be eligible for free shipping, your order after discounts should exceed USD 300.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are not considered business days in India for standard deliveries.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to arrange any paperwork required for customs clearance by the local authorities. If the local airport authorities refuse to deliver the order due to the lack of the document, Angel fashion house will not be liable for a refund.

  • The customer is responsible for any customs and taxes imposed by the shipping country in order to receive the package. Angel fashion house will not be able to refund you for any unpaid taxes or customs duties.
