Exchange, Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Angel Fashion House purchase. If you are not pleased for any reason, we provide a 7-day return policy on eligible products. Here are the instructions for returning.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

• Unused, unused, and in the same condition as when delivered.

• All tags and labels were returned in their original packaging.

• Not a custom-made item, such as a bridal gown.

Initiating a Return

Please contact us at the email address listed on our website within seven days of receiving the product if you want to return it. Please include the reason for the return and your order number. When we get your request, we'll give you the return address and directions for sending the item back to us.

Refunds

Within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming that it satisfies our eligibility requirements, we will initiate a refund. The original purchase price minus any shipping fees or discounts applied.

Please be aware that we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged during delivery and do not accept returns for items that are damaged or used. If the item doesn't fit our eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to reject a return.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation after placement is not encouraged by Angel Fashion House.

• To be considered, are the following factors.

• Within twenty-four hours, a customer placed multiple orders for the same item in the same quantity. Cancellations made within 12 hours of placing the order will not be considered.

• If the orders have already been dispatched, the cancellation request won't be granted.

Exchange Policy
