Refunds and Returns: We have a 7-day return policy for eligible products that are unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when delivered. Custom-made items, such as bridal gowns, are not returnable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, less any shipping fees or discounts applied.
